Have you ever wondered what goes into creating a beautifully framed piece of art? Have you ever wanted to frame a collage, a three-dimensional object or a piece of your child's art? If so, consider enrolling in one or more of our regular class sessions covering a range of framing techniques and design options. Please Note: Class material fees are due on the first day of class.

Frame Like A Professional (Beginner)
Learn how to frame a piece from beginning to end. We will discuss matting & glass materials, mounting options, and archival & preservation techniques. Mat and glass cutting techniques will be taught. Please bring a photo or piece of artwork (on paper no larger than 9"x 12") that will be framed. Class materials fee is $22.00, due on the first day of class.
Frame Like A Professional (Advanced)
This class is for students who have finished Framing I or who have some basic knowledge of framing and wish to learn more. Learn how to frame a piece from beginning to end. We will be assembling wooden frames and working with archival and preservation techniques.  Learn how to use spacing for effect.  Please bring a photo or piece of artwork (on paper no larger than 9"x 12") that will be framed. Class materials fee is $22.00, due on the first day of class.
Frame A Collage
Create a collage of your favorite items. We will take various pieces of photos, art or paper and mat and frame it in an attractive, professional way. Mat and glass cutting techniques will be taught. Please bring items that fit within a 14"x 18" frame when laid together. For example, collage items from a trip: A few photos, tickets and a map of the area. Material fee:$35.00

Frame a Fancy Message Board
Create a framed message board with fabric and ribbon, like the ones you see in the fancy home magazines! We will create a 16" x 20" board to take home. Bring in a yard of any fabric and 3 yards of a 1/4" ribbon to create your own style. The frame, backing, and hardware will be supplied. Material fee: $35.00

Frame Your Child's Art
Children's art is colorful and charming when framed, and can be a beautiful addition to your home. This is the one area where you can let your imagination go wild. Mat and glass cutting techniques will be taught Please bring a piece of flat art no larger than 14"x 18". Material Fee: $35.00

Frame A Three-dimensional Object
Learn how to frame a three-dimensional object, like your favorite album cover or tile. You will learn the different options for mounting and framing. Mat and glass cutting techniques will be taught. Please bring an item to be framed (no larger than 12" x 16" and 1/2" thick). Material fee: $35.00

Framing Needlework
Learn the different options for framing needlework including stretching fabric, mounting and matting. Mat and glass cutting techniques will be taught. Please bring an item to be framed that is no larger than 9" x 12". Material Fee: $22.00

Stretching Canvas
Learn how to stretch canvas on strainer bars, and the appropriate way to frame art of this kind. We will discuss the options of linen liners and fillets, and how & when they are best used. We will be framing a 10" x 10" piece that you may take home. Material fee: $35.00

Create an Heirloom With
Archival Framing Techniques

Frame your cherished piece to look as good for your grandchildren as it does now. We will discuss conservation materials and techniques that will protect your item and brighten its appearance. Mat and glass cutting techniques will be taught. Please bring an item no larger than 9"x 12" to be framed. Material fee: $45.00
